Community Updates

Please be aware that Fort Buffalo Circle and Strong Court will have sealcoating, restriping, spot numbering, and fire lane painting performed next week. All vehicles must be removed from the streets by 7 AM and may return the following day at 9 AM.
Fort Buffalo Circle – Tuesday, September 12th
Vehicles must be removed by 7 AM on Tuesday. Please ensure your vehicle is moved as tow trucks will begin towing at 7:30 AM. You may return to the street on Wednesday, September 13th at 9 AM.
Strong Court – Wednesday, September 13th
Vehicles must be removed by 7 AM on Wednesday. Please ensure your vehicle is moved as tow trucks will begin towing at 7:30 AM. You may return to the street on Thursday, September 14th at 9 AM.
You are encouraged to park along Fair Ridge Drive, Meadow Field Drive, as well as the Fair Ridge Recreation Association pool and tennis court parking lots. Do not park at Fairfax Towne Center as your vehicle will be towed.
The Linden at Fair Ridge Condominium Association will not reimburse for any towed vehicles.


The 2023 Linden at Fair Ridge Condominium Annual Meeting will
be held the evening of October 23, 2023. There will be two (2)
Board of Director positions up for election this year. One term
will be for a full three (3) years and the other position will be for
one (1) year. These volunteer positions represent a significant
opportunity for Homeowners to b
e involved in the governance of
the Linden at Fair Ridge Condominium Association.

As a reminder, the Board meeting is only open to homeowners. Tenants currently renting are not permitted to attend.

2023 Pool Pass Information 

We are looking forward to a safe, fun, and exciting pool season.  Again this summer, your community is using Access Granted Systems, LLC to generate pool passes for all patrons. 


IF you registered last year (2022) and have a hard and/or electronic pool pass, you do not need to register again.  Your hard pass is active and you will receive an email with a new 2023 electronic pass. E-passes will be sent and cards turned on as long as your account is in good standing and assessments have been paid in full. 


If you have not yet registered your household to set up virtual pool passes, click HERE TO REGISTER YOUR HOUSEHOLD!  Residents who are new to the community, or renters named on an active lease, or children who have turned 12 years old since the end of the prior swim season, or during the current swim season, will need to apply.


Reminders and Info:

  • Pool Rules can be found on the FRAA Website and the registration link above. 

  • Guest passes must be purchased through the Marketplace. Guest Pass Marketplace

  • Tenants must submit a copy of their lease each year in order to access HOA amenities.

  • Register for the Cardinal Management Group CINC Portal to view your account balance. Access CINC

Linden at Fair Ridge is a 128-unit, garden-style condominium community located in Fairfax, Virginia.  Built in 1986, the 16 buildings sit among mature foliage and offer spacious 1- and 2-bedroom units with unique floor plans.  From 2009-2016, Linden underwent a massive building renovation project using top-of-the-line products and bringing new vibrancy to the community. Our Neighborhood

Three homeowners associations are located in the Fair Ridge area: Linden at Fair Ridge, Fair Ridge Community, and Fairmont Condominium Associations. Residents of all three homeowners associations are also members of the Fair Ridge Recreation Association (FRRA), which maintains the following recreational facilities:



  • Outdoor Swimming Pool:  Open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.

  • Club House:  Available for rental to all FRRA members in good standing. Rental fee is $75 for Friday - Sunday and holidays, and $50 for Monday - Thursday. Rental arrangements can be made by contacting Cardinal Management Group (703.591.1818).

  • Playgrounds:  Two main playgrounds are located in the Fair Ridge community. One is on Fair Ridge Drive, next to the pool and is pictured above. This playground is owned and maintained by the FRRA. A second playground is located behind Sleepy Lake Court and is maintained by the Fair Ridge Community Association, a separate entity.

  • Tennis Courts:  Tennis courts maintained by the FRRA are located at the south end of Fair Ridge Drive near Monument Drive. Fair Ridge residents may obtain a key to the tennis courts from Cardinal Management Group (703.591.1818) for a $1 key charge. There are also public tennis and basketball courts in the Fair Ridge County Park just off Meadow Field Drive.


Located in Fairfax County, the Fair Ridge community affords residents access to one of the best school systems in the country. It is also convenient to the main campus of George Mason University and several campuses of Northern Virginia Community College. Virginia Tech and University of Virginia also have campuses in nearby Falls Church.  


With easy access to Route 50 and Interstate 66, Fair Ridge is convenient to downtown Washington, D.C. The community is also served by both the Metro and Fairfax Connector bus systems for quick trips to the Vienna Metro Station. Washington Dulles International Airport is just 12 miles away and Ronald Reagan National Airport about 20.


Both shopping and entertainment are located nearby in Fairfax Towne Center (walking distance), Fair Oaks Mall, Fairfax Corner and Fair Lakes Shopping Center. These centers have grocery and department stores, movie theaters, restaurants, specialty shops and more.

The Board of Directors meets monthly via virtual meeting using the Zoom platform at 7:00 pm on the fourth Monday of every month. Meeting dates are subject to change due to board member availability.  The annual meeting for the Unit Owners Association is held during the month of October.
